Service Satisfaction

At Praxylondlox, we are committed to providing exceptional photography services. If you are not satisfied with your photography session or the final deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your photographs to discuss your concerns.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following circumstances:

Service cancellation by Praxylondlox due to circumstances beyond our control

Failure to deliver agreed-upon services as specified in the service agreement

Technical issues that prevent delivery of usable photographs

Refunds will not be provided for:

Client cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled session

Dissatisfaction with personal preferences or artistic style

Client failure to attend scheduled sessions

Revision Policy

We offer one round of revisions for delivered photographs to address any technical issues or minor adjustments. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee, subject to discussion and agreement.

Digital Products

Digital photographs are delivered electronically and are considered delivered once made available for download. Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not applicable once files have been downloaded.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days. The refund amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances and the terms of your service agreement.
