Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Praxylondlox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Praxylondlox provides professional photography services including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, commercial photography, and creative projects. All services are subject to availability and specific terms agreed upon in writing.

Booking and Payment

Photography sessions require advance booking and may require a deposit to secure your date. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Final payment is typically due upon delivery of photographs or as otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs created by Praxylondlox are protected by copyright. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of photographs without written permission is prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Providing accurate information about their photography needs
• Obtaining necessary permissions for photography locations
• Informing us of any special requirements or restrictions

Limitation of Liability

Praxylondlox is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or client-related delays.
